California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) is an internationally recognized leader in integral education. We currently enroll more than 2000 students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in our three schools: the School of Consciousness and Transformation, the School of Professional Psychology and Health, and the School of Undergraduate Studies. Our Public Programs Department offers a dynamic array of workshops, lectures, concerts, and conferences, and we also host vibrant art exhibitions through our Arts at CIIS program. We're proud to provide low-cost mental health services to the San Francisco Bay Area through our 6 award-winning counseling clinics. About Me
Svetlana Smirnova earned her MS in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the Moscow Aviation Institute, Russia, and her MBA in Human Resources, Finance and International Business from the California State University, East Bay. She has over twenty 20 years of experience in multiple HR roles at Ernst & Young, and at Chevron. Svetlana has also extensive global management experience.
