Ramsay Mashy
About Me
Ramsay Mashy is a nonprofit services professional serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Community Services at the California Autism Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. In his role, he oversees quality assurance systems and helps build community partnerships that support the organization’s residential, educational, and community-based programs. Bringing more than four decades of direct experience working with individuals facing intellectual and developmental challenges, Mashy has focused his career on helping both children and adults develop life skills, confidence, and greater independence within society. Prior to his current leadership position, he served the organization as an Adult Residential Facility Administrator and Director of Community Relations. His commitment to the field was shaped by a personal experience early in life that inspired him and his family to open a residential facility supporting children with developmental disabilities, beginning a lifelong dedication to service and advocacy.
