Keith Cox is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Catch, a West Coast Fish House restaurant group founded in 2003 in San Francisco, California. As a serial entrepreneur in the hospitality industry, he helped create the Pacific Catch concept inspired by Pacific Rim cuisines and sustainable seafood dining. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into a multi-location restaurant brand known for fresh, responsibly sourced seafood and Aloha-inspired hospitality. Prior to Pacific Catch, Keith Cox co-founded the World Wrapps restaurant concept and has been involved in multiple ventures across the restaurant, real estate, and investment sectors.
