Erica Horn serves as the Executive Director of Futures Explored, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through inclusive programs, vocational training, and community engagement. In her leadership role, she oversees organizational operations, strategic direction, and staff management while supporting programs that promote independence, creativity, and meaningful community participation. As Executive Director, Erica Horn is responsible for guiding organizational decision-making and ensuring effective resolution of internal and program-related matters in alignment with Futures Explored’s mission.
