Cynthia Goco-Naka is a passionate advocate for creative youth development and the co-founder of Generation Music & Arts Academy (formerly Dandan Performing Arts Center). According to the official Generation Music & Arts Academy website, she helped establish the organization in 2016 with a mission to provide accessible music and arts opportunities for underserved youth in Alameda County communities. She previously served as the organization’s Executive Director and is recognized as a visionary leader focused on innovation, organizational growth, and mission-driven impact. Her professional background also includes co-founding a usability-focused software company, where she led product strategy and user-centered design initiatives, and later managing global alliance teams that delivered high-impact business solutions and revenue growth. Known for building strong partnerships and sustainable funding models, she has played a key role in developing programs that empower young people through arts education and community engagement.
